Our Artist in Residence, Andrea Rosselle, teaches Sunday School art classes at Ascension every week during the academic year for our youth. These programs offer a way to learn more about God's Word through art. The classes are free and all supplies are provided. 

In February, the children will be working entirely three-dimensionally, building miniature worlds out of cardboard. The art lessons will be scaffolded, one lesson building upon another, however they can also be attended individually. We will be focusing on how to create interesting three-dimensional forms with visual design elements. We will also work on creating textural and patterned surfaces. Let the Cardboard Creations begin!
